feeling adventurous

It all began with a plate of chocolate chip pancakes, along with the chocolate chip pancakes a juicy omelet was made with fresh ingredients from the local market that would satisfy his appetite. So he began to cook it, chopping green peppers, tomatoes, onions, black olives, mushrooms, and grating cheese, and mixing it all into his bowl of milk and eggs which have already been beaten and have become a homogeneous mixture. And he sat down in his kitchen and enjoyed the rich flavors and textures of the two mixing in his mouth. Later on while playing drakes uncharted fortune two for PlayStation 3 Kid Jones, a kid who possessed many talents, decided spur of the moment what the schedule for today would include, an adventure! but not just and ordinary adventure but an adventure where momentarily after it ended you would feel it was necessary to say "that was some adventure, huh?". Now knowing the outlook on his day there was only one thing he could think of to get ready for such a good time,  writing a story to challenge his brain and make him think, after 400 words he decided that he was ready and packed up a bag with basic survival equipment and essentials to have a safe adventure. Because Kid lived in Ely Minnesota, behind his backyard was a forest that stretched on for miles with no end. And because it was so easy to get lost he brought with him a cherished item which he knew would be useful from the day he got it at the dollar store, a plastic compass, and he began. After moving his way out of the house he could smell the danger in the air and hear the sounds of wild life, and trees growing. But not even this could stop him for he was a brave adventurer and noble as a knight of the round table, so he proceeded  with caution knowing any wrong move could end in death. Entering the forest he heard a faint noise, "Tch", he jumped! soon after, he realized it was it was just the sound of a branch breaking after he stepped on it, and he carried onward, not knowing what lied ahead. Then appearing in the distance he noticed a campfire, and heard noises that sounded like a mixture of noises often exclaimed by owls and members of the blood gang, " Whoop!". Fear grew in his heart like wild fire not knowing if he would survive, but he was a brave adventurer so he carried on only to find Lil B cooking and filming a music video to his newest song "Swag like won ton soup", after he made this realization he was shocked and so excited! he immediately had Lil b sign his compass and they began to cook together, And they cooked until their arms couldn't cook any longer. The End. Swag!

blog post 6: Fellowship of the blog

Reflection:
i consider myself a part of the nordic ski team at south, because i race for them and i attend practices regularly i am alsoa part of the community because i know everyone and i feel they know me as well. ut i am not part of the swimming group or team, because i have not attended any practices or meets or any events.
Group discussion:
he says they are friends because they all have something in common, they all came out of the house, and were pointed out together for doing so. the sixth one is annoying because he wasnt part of their group when they came out of the house, he has nothing in common with them, therefore they dont feel that he is like them. they would nned to know if he came out of the house of not.and the narrator thinks that if he makes a long exlpanation then he will end up letting the sixth join. i think the sixth keeps coming back because he thinks he belongs in that group, but they are not letting him explain. i think its called fellowship because its about the connection between people in groups and how they relate. fellowship comes from relation between people, something they have incommon, and its sustained by the feeling people have of wanting to be accepted and feel like they belong. yes i do feel fellowship when i am with my friends, my sports teams, my family, and my church youth group.
Documentary: my documentary is coming along pretty well we have planned out alot of what we are going to do and have a general dricteion of where we are going that is now more defined than when we presented our project, we have scheduled interviews for tuesday, wednsday and thursday and plan to finish editing this weekend.

directing the interview/progress.

from this reading i learned that interviews are much more planned out than you would think, and the more that is planned the better, you have to think about the small things like splitting people up because of how they act around each other and how much info you give the person you are interviewing about the questions you are going to ask, things like this effect how your interview turns out more than you would think.

i think our documentary is rolling along smoothly we have not yet started filming though, but we plan on starting soon, we have four candidates who we are thinking of interviewing and we will have to decide which two or three will be better, also i think we might need to write out what exactly we plan on doing and plan out a little more, because right now i feel like i understand the topic but i want to make a layout of the video like we did for the psa so i feel more ready.

Evaluate the PSA project unit--what did you learn? what helped you to learn? What was the most challenging aspects of the unit? How could the unit be improved?

From this project i learned the essentials to filming good quality video's and i ;earned how much effort is needed to capture the picture that you have in mind. the most challenging part of the unit of than time was definitely the story boarding because it had to be so detailed, but in the end it helped us to get a better picture of what our PSA would look like. i think if we had days during class that were for filming and we wouldn't miss anything important that it would help a lot but i would say the the unit was very organized and that helped a lot.

Q: Overall, do you think your PSA is effective? Why or why not?

A yes i think our PSA is effective because it draws people in due to the comedy but it also have messages and info about how much sleep people should get daily and other statistics. so it tells people about things they wouldnt normally learn about in like school or work which is good because its most likely a fresh topic and when they see our psa it might make them want to know more so they can search it up online. so, Yes i think its effective.

Uno Cinco - Uno

Are you content with your group's PSA? Why or Why not?
yes, i'm very content with the work we did and the ideas we came up with. i think our idea was very original and will be effective for getting a message across to teens and youth because we made it comical. Also i think we all did a good job of getting everything organized and completed in time, and working together.
